For home-delivery couriers and furniture teams
Delivery tracking software for your working day
A sofa delivery involves more than reaching a postcode. The Home Delivery Guys introduces Drive It for couriers who want the booking, customer update and delivery evidence to stay connected throughout a home-delivery job.
What is delivery tracking software?
Delivery tracking software connects the delivery record with customer-facing progress. It helps explain the current stage of a job, while proof of delivery records its outcome.
Access notes, item descriptions and the agreed service help explain what needs to happen when the van arrives. Keep them with the order. Supported customer tracking shows the delivery’s progress, while the completed stop record provides the outcome and evidence.
A practical walkthrough
From a booking to a delivery update
- Record the item, address and agreed access or handling details with the booking.
- Plan the delivery and use the supported tracking link for the customer’s job.
- Capture the outcome and required recipient details, photographs and signature.
For independent couriers carrying furniture or bulky goods, that creates a consistent record around the doorstep visit. Explore Drive It for the driver tools and Nexus if an office team also needs to manage the work.
Your questions, answered
Is delivery tracking the same as proof of delivery?
No. Tracking describes delivery progress. Proof of delivery records the outcome, with the recipient details and evidence collected through the supported workflow.
Where can I check the current Drive It plan?
The Nexus product plans page sets out the current Drive It subscription, trial eligibility and separate usage charges. Follow the plan link before registering.
